Depression symptoms have contributing factors, social, psychological and biological and according to the world health organisation depression is a common mental disorder characterised by sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, feelings of tiredness, and poor concentration. The World Health Organisation statistics show that in Australia  approximately 2000 suicide deaths happen in a year.
